Introduction

A new digital presence for one of Sweden's most experienced treatment homes

Finjagården has since 1970 offered evidence-based treatment for mental health and addiction. With facilities including Parken och Loftet, Villan, Utsluss and Stödboende – as well as psychological assessments, supervision, training, aftercare and 1-1 solutions – they are a leading player within residential care in Sweden.

They needed a website that reflected their long experience, evidence-based treatment philosophy and professionalism, and that made it easier for social services and county councils to get in touch and apply for placements.

Background

An outdated website that no longer reflected the organisation

Finjagården's previous website had served its purpose but was no longer on par with the organisation as it stands today. The structure was unclear, treatments were difficult to navigate and the design did not reflect the professional, welcoming treatment home that Finjagården actually is.

With an organisation that had grown and an offering that had expanded considerably, it was time to build a new, stronger digital foundation.

WordPress to Webflow migration for Finjagården's treatment home by Good Guys

Challenge

Reaching two completely different target audiences with one website

Finjagården's website serves a dual audience with very different needs. Social services and county councils apply for placements and need to quickly find the right information and a clear flow to get in touch. Patients and relatives visit the website to form an impression and need to feel reassured and recognised – so that they feel confident about Finjagården before they have even made contact.

The challenge was to create a website that converts placement inquiries while at the same time communicating warmth and care for those in a vulnerable situation. On top of that, we needed to migrate a large, complex body of content from WordPress to Webflow without losing Finjagården's tone of voice – one we had to get exactly right.

Solution

Webflow redesign with clear structure, SEO/AEO and Klaviyo integration

We migrated the website from WordPress to Webflow and developed a modern redesign with a softer, more welcoming expression – serious yet playful, with pleasant colours and a sense of calm and reassurance that reflects Finjagården's beautiful surroundings.

The structure was built with clear entry points for the core operations as well as additional offerings. The treatment philosophy was highlighted and clarified, and we produced SEO- and AEO-optimised content entirely in Finjagården's tone of voice.

The placement guidance flow was streamlined to make it easier for social services and county councils to take the next step. Klaviyo was integrated for email communications and we laid a solid foundation for ongoing work with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Result

A modern, conversion-optimised website for all of Sweden

Finjagården now has a website that truly reflects their position as one of Sweden's leading treatment homes. With a clearer structure, stronger SEO and an optimised placement flow, the website functions as an active tool for generating placement inquiries from social services and county councils across the country.

Work on Google Ads and Meta Ads continues to further strengthen visibility and the inflow of new contacts – and we have laid a stable foundation to keep building on.
