Mashup is an exclusive meeting place for entrepreneurs and investors in the Nordic startup scene. Ahead of this year’s major meetup, we were entrusted to develop a new website in Webflow – with professional design, a clear offering and content that captured Mashup’s focus for the year.

The background

From community to professional digital presence

Mashup had grown rapidly as a community and needed a new website that matched their ambitions. We created a new design foundation in Figma and produced content that showcased their offering, partners and speakers. The goal was to deliver a professional whole that both attracted the right target groups and gave Mashup’s team a solution they could continue working with themselves.

Tight timeline, premium design and clear offering

The challenge was to deliver a new website within a short timeframe – while creating a solution that combined modern design, a clear offering and easy handling for the Mashup team.

The solution

Webflow, Figma and campaigns that drove visibility

We developed Mashup’s new website in Webflow, based on a tailored design created in Figma. The content was structured to highlight Mashup’s offering, showcase partners and investors and present speakers and agenda in an inspiring way.

To reach the right audience, we produced new content, set up tracking and launched LinkedIn Ads campaigns. The combination of clear design, relevant content and conversion focus turned the website into a concrete tool for Mashup’s marketing.

The project was delivered quickly and gave Mashup a strong platform ahead of the annual meetup, where they achieved record numbers of both sponsors and participants.
