A tech hub in the heart of Helsingborg
HETCH is Helsingborg’s tech hub – an incubator and community for startups, scaleups and established companies. In the iconic Prisma building in Oceanhamnen, they bring together businesses that want to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. To attract more relevant tech companies, HETCH needed a digital solution that reflected their profile and clearly presented their offer of private offices and coworking.

Strengthening the digital profile
Prisma is one of Helsingborg’s most iconic buildings and the heart of Oceanhamnen. Here, HETCH – together with Wihlborgs – had established an environment where companies grow side by side in a thriving community. As an incubator and tech hub, HETCH had already brought together startups, scaleups and established companies under one roof. But to take the next step, their profile needed to be strengthened digitally. The organization wanted to be positioned even more clearly as the natural meeting place for the region’s tech companies – a place where offices, coworking and community come together in a dynamic whole.

The challenge
Attract the right tech companies
The challenge was to fill the spaces with more relevant tech companies – while at the same time showcasing the environment for what it truly is: modern and innovative. We therefore developed a holistic solution where design, structure and content worked together to clarify the offer and highlight why HETCH is the natural choice for tech companies in the region.
This project was therefore not just about building a website, but about creating a growth engine that generated qualified leads and positioned HETCH as the go-to meeting point for the region’s tech ecosystem.

The solution
A growth engine built in Webflow
We developed a custom landing page in Webflow that combined premium design, persuasive copy and a clear focus on lead generation. The goal was for the site to feel just as modern and innovative as HETCH and the Prisma building – while also making it easy for visitors to take the next step.
- Persuasive copy – problem-oriented text that addresses entrepreneurs’ challenges and shows how HETCH solves them through flexible office solutions
- Smooth booking flow – visitors can directly book a free tour via an integrated calendar (Cal), this makes the process simple and reduces friction from interest to actual contact
- Attractive offer – to lower the threshold, we highlighted the possibility to start with a one-month trial with no commitment – a tangible benefit that strengthens lead generation
- SEO & lead tracking – clean structure, fast load times and tracking in GA4 and GTM, allowing the entire lead journey from first click to booked tour to be monitored and optimized
- Lead generation – in parallel, we built campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The strategy was to drive traffic from multiple channels, with the trial month as the main message in ads to attract relevant tech companies to the site
- Premium design & interactions – GSAP animations and 3D elements that convey a sense of innovation and quality
The result
From traffic to move-ins
The new landing page gave HETCH a concrete funnel that fills Prisma with the right companies. With advertising as the engine, traffic is funneled into a clear journey. Today, the site functions as a results-driven growth engine – from traffic to leads, from tours to actual move-ins.
